What information do we collect?

When you send us a message

The enquiry forms on the contact page and the product pages ask for your first name, last name, email address and message. We use these only to reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products.

Please don’t include details about your health or a planned operation in your message. We can’t give individual medical advice, and your surgical team is the right place for those questions. If you do include health details, we will use them only to reply to you.

When you sign up for launch news

If you give us your email address in the sign-up box, we keep it to tell you when SurgiFuel™ goes on sale. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@nutritionforsurgery.co.uk or through the contact form, and we will remove your address.

When you browse the site

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see how people use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and roughly where they are. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are. Our lawful basis is your consent, and nothing is collected if you choose “Reject”.

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attack. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Which cookies do we use?

We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. We also set one cookie to remember your choice.
